Minutes: as no January meeting, November’s minutes were read and approved by group
4 times of interest: $.19 $.19 $.20 $.20 paid out a 2015 Book Reimbursement to Aaron Powers in February and a 2016 Book Reimbursement to Laken Figel in November. 5th installment of the Shane Hall Memorial paid to John Crum. 5 deposits made: $1,160, $625, $180, $555, $25
All seniors passed their OGT and can graduate!
Testing, lots of testing: on 14th Zane State ‘college readiness’ can go to Wash State as well; 24th ACT state funded – all juniors, at no cost to the students, 28th End of Course exams, 29th Retakes from any not passing from the Spring; April 10 to 24 End of Course exams.
12 Book Reimbursement Applications received back in from the entire Senior Class.
GC Seebach also stated that he is applying for Career Tech money for the Art classes.
GC Seebach indicated that no date has been set yet for the Awards Assembly in May- that he would get the board notice when that will be. President Schehl plans to attend to hand out the awards.
Graduation will be May 28th
Teacher Grant: only one application turned in, John Crum, new art teacher, applied for $429 for 2 pottery wheels. GC Seebach stated that he is applying for a grant for an outdoor classroom… if he is successful he plans to work with John Crum in creating an outdoor space for the wheels/Art Classes. The group voted that since no other teacher applied, that the entire amount can be awarded for the pottery wheels. Treasurer Hall stated that John can either pay for the items and turn in a receipt or get an invoice from the company and he will pay them directly.
