CHS Families:
Due to the rise in COVID cases, our school is closed starting tomorrow, Nov 16 and will reopen on Tues., Dec. 1. Students will have access to the building on Nov. 16 from 8am to 3pm. No more than 10 students at a time are allowed in the building. Students are not to linger or congregate.
If you are unable to come tomorrow during the day, your textbooks and chromebooks will be available at the elementary school for pick up between 3pm and 5pm tomorrow.
Online instruction will start on Nov. 17, Tues. You will have your even period classes on Tues.

Caldwell Schools will be closing all district buildings tomorrow until Tuesday, Dec. 1st due to the rise of positive COVID-19 cases and the amount of staff being quarantined. We will provide online instructions for education just like we did during our remote practice day.
Following the Governor’s announcement yesterday regarding dances and social gatherings, Caldwell HS has made the decision to cancel the Homecoming dance previously scheduled for next month. CHS will have still sponsor the HOCO court with a king and queen crowned at the high school basketball game on December 18th.

The tradition continues this Thursday, Oct. 29 @ 7:30pm.
The high school band and cheerleaders will begin and lead the snake dance starting at the high school parking lot, going through town, and concluding at the square. More details to follow on our social media sites.

Interstate studios will be here on Thurs., Oct. 22 for picture retakes. IF you have not had your pictures taken, please make your way to campus. They will be here from 12-6pm in the concourse.

In an effort to keep our CES families safe, we will not be holding an in-person meeting for our annual Title I Parent Meeting. Tonight’s Annual Title I Parent Meeting has been canceled. The meeting has been rescheduled for October 20th @ 6:00 in the CES Cafeteria.
Caldwell Community:
Our Esports team is now forming. We will play in the Southeast Ohio Esports League. We will compete to win over $4000.00.
The regular season is between 9/21 and 11/13. If you are interested, please sign up at either the High School or Elementary school office.

Picture day is tomorrow, Sept. 15th, from 7:30am-3:15 pm in the in the CHS concourse. This is for all high school students: freshmen through seniors. Those seniors at other institutions (Mid-East or CCP) need to return to Caldwell in order to be pictured. Staff too.
CHS:
All students must report to the cafeteria on Tues. 7:30-8:02AM to pick up their new schedule from Mrs. Polen & proceed to 1st period.
Updated schedules & lunch rotations will be provided. All students must collect their schedule before first period.
