Athletics included. Within the next 24 hours you will receive an email from FinalForms only if you’ve provided the school with your email. The email will come from “Final Forms” not Caldwell Schools. If you don’t get it, check your spam folder. If you have not provided an email to the school or don’t have one, please contact the following folks: HIGH SCHOOL— Tiffiny Sidwell tsidwell@caldwell.k12.oh.us Mandy Yurco ayurco@caldwell.k12.oh.us ELEMENTARY SCHOOL— Kathy Ramsey kramsey@caldwell.k12.oh.us Roziland Pemberton rpemberton@caldwell.k12.oh.us If you have students in both buildings, please copy all secretaries in your email.
