Superpower: If I had any superpower, I would choose time travel so I can experience and learn more about the different time periods.

Today’s Super Senior is Miss Sarah Yurco.
Sarah is the daughter of Brian and Amanda Yurco. She has a sister, Sydney, who is currently in seventh grade at CES.
Activities/Hobbies: Sarah enjoys hunting, fishing, photography, hiking (especially in the fall), reading, riding horses, and spending time with her dog, Paisley. She is also active in 4-H, serves on Jr. Fairboard, and is a 4-H Camp Counselor.
Education: Sarah has attended Washington State Community College since her sophomore year and will graduate with an Associate’s Degree, which will transfer to a 4 year college.
Future plans:
Sarah plans to attend Ohio University in the fall and major in Early Childhood Education. She wants to become a first grade teacher.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
If she could have any superpower, it would be time travel, because there is so much we could learn from people and events from the past.

Activities/Hobbies: Alex works at Wings Etc. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and shopping.

Future plans: Alex plans to go to a beauty school to be a cosmetologist.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why? If Alex had any superpower, she would like to be able to see into the future because she wants to see if she is successful or not.

Activities and Hobbies: Band and FFA
School Attended: Mideast Buffalo For Vet assisting and animal care
Future plans: Jamee plans to attend Zane State for two years and get her degree in wildlife conservation and then work as a wildlife officer. She would then go back and get a degree in zoology with an exotic animal certification and work with exotic animals in rehabilitation worldwide.
Super power and why?: Teleportation because she would be able to travel and not have to fly on airlines.
Deadline to submit CCP Intent forms for 2020-2021 school year has been extended by ODE to May 1. Students can find forms on their class Google Classroom and they can be emailed to Mrs. Polen or Mrs. Sidwell

Activities/Hobbies: Emily is involved in SkillsUSA as her local chapter’s President. She was also the 2019 SE Regional President. Emily is also involved in SADD and Drug Free Clubs of America! Emily is also involved in 4-H; this is her 9th and final year. She is the club’s President, and also is on Junior Fairboard and Junior Leaders! Emily is also the 2019 Noble County Junior Fair Queen!! During her free time, Emily enjoys camping and spending time with friends and family!
Where I attend: Emily attends Mid-East CTC studying Dental Assisting.
Future Plans: Emily plans to attend Zane State college in the fall to start working towards her degree in education! After graduating from there she plans to transfer to finish out her degree!
Super power: If Emily could have any superpower she would love to be able to have telepathy powers.
We plan to return on April 6th, however, should we need to continue instructional/emotional support online, we are ready to go

Miss Ella Bettinger is making the most of the beautiful weather we have had the past 2 days by riding the brand new bike she won during Right to Read @ CES. She would like to thank Caldwell Elementary and Community Savings Bank for the opportunity to win this awesome bike during Dr. Seuss week! It has made her time at home a little brighter! #redskinreader
What a time to celebrate our wonderful Caldwell community!! Employees packing food bags for our Redskin families. And we want to thank our Caldwell Public Library for sending some fun activities for the students. They made up bags of crossword puzzles and coloring pages to help with cabin fever. 😊😊😊 #blessed
CEVSD over 100 orders for our breakfast/lunch pickup, tomorrow, at Caldwell Elementary School! Just a reminder to call 740-732-5637 to place your order. You can pick up your orders between 11-1. Thank you to the staff who have already helped out with our grab and go orders!
CHS Quarter 3 grades will be available through Gradebook by Thurs. (Mar. 19) evening. Grade cards are tentatively scheduled to be mailed to students within the next week. Parents and students are encouraged to email staff with any questions.
CES will send home grade cards when school resumes.
CEVSD will continue to provide breakfast and lunch during our time off. Tomorrow will be grab and go meals at the elementary school. Starting Wednesday we will be providing a week’s worth of breakfasts and lunches. You may pick these items up between 11:00 and 1:00 at the elementary school. In order for us to prepare enough food, we would like you to call the district office at 740-732-5637, between 8-10 a.m., to pre-order your food. This will continue on a weekly basis for the foreseeable future. Wednesdays will be our weekly pick up day. Please call the district office if you have any questions.
Update- In order to keep the grab & go program as convenient as possible for our families, CEVSD is going to change the breakfast/lunch time to 8-10am on Monday, March 16. Parents/students of CEVSD can pick up their food in front of Caldwell Elementary. There will be an all call Monday afternoon detailing future menus and pickup procedures.
During the 3-week period in which CEVSD schools will be closed, we will be providing Grab & Go Breakfasts and Lunches that can be picked up at the board office from 8:00am until 1:00pm Monday-Friday. The board office is located behind Caldwell High School.
Caldwell Schools will be closed starting Monday, March 16th and will be closed for 3 weeks, by the governor's orders. All activities will also be canceled during this time. We will re-evaluate the situation at the conclusion of the break. Please stay safe during this break.
Rising Seniors:
Now is the time to meet your immunization requirements for next year. Noble Co. Health Dept. will give immunizations tomorrow at 9am (March 12) at CHS. You are responsible for getting them before the start of next year. Questions, call the nurse: 740-732-4614.
